that are wonderful memories, I so agree to help a lamb or a calf with a milkbottle is a beautiful thing...I always feel a little like a hero when it works and I can see the adult animal I supported once :o)
ReplyDeleteThat lamb looks to be in a very uncomfortable position to me. He (or she) probably didn't feel it the same way though, seeing as he (or she) is asleep!
ReplyDeleteLooks as though you and Jade were having quite the conversation walking along. Those had to be the most special times.
ReplyDeleteOn my grandmothers farm inevitably every year one sheep would give birth to triplets. Twins o.k. to feed but triplets one would be turned away at birth and it was Lee's job to bottle feed that one.
