Me-Now-Views; Less Speak More Peek

To fly from Mumbai to Sydney, I ended up taking Singapore Airlines. For $200 less than Etihad's business class, their service and comfort level was about $800 under par. Not that it was horrible - it's just that Etihad has such superior offering. Anyway, that was just to introduce a couple of interior shots - and one taken as we departed Mumbai, showing that the temporary housing edges right up to even this place. First though, a couple inside the new departure terminal. There follows one of Mumbai from the air, looking directly to the hills (through the murk) where the Sandeepany ashram sits. Finally, another gratuitous dog shot.  All images © Yamini MacLean

  1. No dog shot should be considered "gratuitous"...

I luffs the puppy photo and I agree with Bertie ('cos he's clever) not 'gratuitous' perhaps essential?

  5. Hmmmmmmph!!! Bertie's right. Gratuitous indeed. The Princess is right ...... essential ..... that's more like it, aye?? Crikey ...... Mum reckons she'd settle for flying like that. Doesn't look horrible to her. Looks very luxurious compared to anyway she has ever flown. The airport looks very nice too.

  8. I fly only rarely (acute chickeritis)but I never saw a plane with so much space...I think Ryan Air would make 6 seats from only one of this plane... or wait... it's probably enough space for 8 seats :o)

  11. How in the world do you get a flight where you are not packaged in like sardines in a can. Guess these beauties don't fly into CVG.
    Thanks for being a friend
