Me-Now-Views; The HISMS episode

"How I Spent My Summer"

Blogville is running a bloghop today with the HISMS theme. Words and pictures were invited. The date timed perfectly for my usual Less Speak More Peek day. On this occasion, instead of phootygrafs, I'sa got all arty-farty to show you the YAMster's summer here in the Bonny Land.

... well, what can I tell ya - 'tis the land of lush, and lush requires the wet stuff.

There was the lovely trip of Northern Exploration...

...which had its share of the standard climate...

There were a couple of sojourns to Edinburgh

accompanied by the general and prevailing weather conditions...

The scene I have opted to demonstrate the grey-sky prevalance is an approximation of the view from the Hutch's windows, minus an intervening roof and chimney or more.

The other thing which arose this summer was my return to art. Not sure this counts but you got it anyway!
