MenoSundays; Life Lived Lovingly

The torch; be yours to hold it high.
If ye break faith with us who die
We shall not sleep, though poppies grow
In Flanders fields.

  1. Hi Yam - the John Macrae poem is the one most used and probably recognised. We need to respect all peoples, live together harmoniously and get rid of war ... I do remember - and we must not forget - Hilary

  8. We remember. This year Canada's Silver Cross mother is a woman whose son took his own life after his tour in Afghanistan. He was the first solider to do so. For 13 years she fought to have his death recognized as one caused by combat. It was and today the nation watched this amazing lady stand with our government and lay a wreath for all mothers.
