YAM's Christmas menu;
breakfast - pancakes with banana, pomegranate, grapes and sweetened curds
lunch - veg and blue cheese soup with homemade olive bread
dinner - mashed potato, brussels sprouts, cauliflower with homemade tomato and goat's cheese tart and sauce made from sweet peppers.
It is entirely possible there will be a mince tart and some fruitcake in the intervals. A chocolate or three. Some oatcakes... chips and dip...
See you on the other side!!!

ReplyDeleteTomorrow we have Eggs Benedict for brunch (old family tradition) and Turkey with Mashed Potatoes, Gravy, Beans and Carrots and Cranberry Sauce! (Can I say you noshing sounds like much more fun)
The cats and Cinnamon get salmon (cinnamon gets rice too)!
A lovely thing about Christmas is that it’s compulsory, like a thunderstorm and we all go through it together. Let’s buckle up and enjoy the ride.
