What You See Is What You Get. This is a journal blog, an explore-blog, a bit of this and that blog. Sharing where the mood takes me. Perhaps it will take you too.
A piece I once played for a piano exam (6th grade, from memory but might have been 5th... it was way back last century!) Mind you, I don't think I went quite so 'jazz'...
Well done 5th or 6th grade YaYa. I totally blows my mine how any one can memorize a piece of music. Lovely piece and I'm partial to piano and guitar soprano sax Hugs HiC
Mom always wishes she could play the piano. She took lessons for a few years as an adult, but life was too busy with a young family to keep up with the practicing. One of the grands has a knack for picking up tunes quite easily and can play a simple version of them on the piano from ear. Mom keeps trying to encourage him to take lessons, but he isn't interested:(

ReplyDeleteHi Yam - it is beautiful ... I want more! Cheers Hilary
ReplyDeleteI have always had the desire to learn to play, I can play a few songs by ear but don't know any notes at all.
ReplyDeleteMom took organ lessons when she was in elementary school. It didn't go so well. This is a beautiful piece of music♥
