WYSIWYG

What You See Is What You Get. This is a journal blog, an explore-blog, a bit of this and that blog. Sharing where the mood takes me. Perhaps it will take you too.

MenoSundays; Life Lived Lovingly

Am going to give myself some writing respite this month and offer you quotes from my teachers relating to applying Vedantic principles to life. My thanks to the several of you who have engaged in the conversation. A teacher has served a purpose if even one person feels uplifted, thinks deeper or finds a corner to turn...

"God" is not a being, in Vedantic understanding. It is the Universal Consciousness, the energising principle of all that exists.

  3. This quote brings to mind standing the the valley outside the Grand Teton National Park. Reading the history of how the area was created felt as if I was being allowed to touch the hand of the Creator.

I have been a bit out of the blogging of late. I will have a good day, overdo and then take 2 or 3 days to get restored. Hopefully by week's end there will be a plan on the schedule.
