  5. Life has changed so dramatically. I look back a year, 11 years, 21 years, 41 years. Yet things are still remarkably the same!
My son and I were talking (he is 42) and 41 years ago on Saturday Morning, we were sitting on the sofa, eating Cheerios and watching Spiderman. This morning, we were sitting on the sofa, eating (chocolate) Cheerios and watching Spiderman. What has changed?
Our relationship is still the same, our habits are the same, we now have 2 more cats than then, we have personal electronic devices, we are in a different location and people are still frightened. On this day 41 years ago 3 mile island Nuclear plant had a meltdown, and people were worried that the World as We Know It was over. (I remember because it was my parent's 25th anniversary).
We send you love, extra strength, courage, our prayers, and stay safe dead friend.
    Love Barb

Oh, Barb, this is so very true; all that changes are the events! We keep thinking we are so advanced - but Mankind has been facing 'worlds end' events since ever he started formulating more than 'kill-eat' thinking. And even that remains the same, in the end... Be safe. Be well. Behave! Yxx
