Menorflexion; Alpha-Betting Resilience

Yesterday saw the letter "T" in the Martha Simpson affirmation alphabet. (Please note that this series has been given its own label here, of 'ABReflctions'.)


For "U", we are asked to look into our uncertainty, then challenge it with that about which we are certain.

  1. 2020 has been full of uncertainty being a bit of a PLANNER who likes to know what the next thing is gonna be 2020 has been a challenge...but I think I have adjusted pretty good.

  2. That sounds like a great plan in today's world. Uncertainty runs rampant. But yes, there are many good things that do bring us that feeling of certainty and securit.

  5. I've never really given any thought to what I'm certain about - i think underlying that somewhere is the feeling that whatever life generates, I'll cope. Even that isn't a certainty, but I've always been reasonably comfortable with uncertainty. Xxx(F)

    We're off to another cancer treatment today. He was up at 6 for a 7:30 departure. sigh.

  8. I took a really strong person to sit in airport and make a list like that knowing that the planes were grounded. Not sure I could do that
