  3. And it warms the heart too:) Cold and sunless here - we need those sunbeams to return.

  4. That is so true. My pillows get a dose o& it every now and again.
Like many others I’m a believer that fresh air and sunshine are marvellous healers for mind body and soul.

  5. Although Gail says beware of going camping with someone who believes that sunlight is the ONLY disinfectant. (The voice of experience - their sleeping bags tend to smell...)

Disinfectant being, of course, entirely different from deodorant... and no substitute for soap and water!!! As a general source of well-being, however, little beats sunlight. Something not seen in the Hutch region since ever I got back (apart from about an hour midweek - let's acknowledge that much at least 8~]) Yxx

  6. I just scrolled down to find the comment and there was my heart dog looking at me, thanks for remembering him. I agree 100 percent about sunshine. it disinfects clothing and dog beds and quilts and blanets. our sun is so hot here, 30 minutes in it makes a dog bed smell new. it also clears the physic part of my mind and makes me feel joy

  7. We totally agree but sadly we live in a place that gets a minimum of sun. That just means we have to relish every minute we get.

  8. After weeks of rain, I am sitting in the sun this morning (cold so am inside).
