What You See Is What You Get. This is a journal blog, an explore-blog, a bit of this and that blog. Sharing where the mood takes me. Perhaps it will take you too.
This evening sees the start of Pesach (Passover), so I bring you a simple, soulful cello piece by one member of Apocalyptica, Perttu. His own composition, called Psalm. That's all I really need to say on this one...
Is there a better sound than the cello for a reflective and mindful piece - I'm not sure there is. Just beautiful. I wish I knew more about music for in truth I merely skim the surface.
Haunting and beautiful.
ReplyDeleteLovely. Somehow I always forget how much I love the cello and how evocative it really is.

Chag Pesach Sameach. A truly beautiful piece and if one were to err and say peace instead of piece it would fit.
ReplyDeletehe is a gifted musician, which is what a cello requires to sound good. I think King David would have enjoyed this piece
ReplyDeleteSolo cello music is a very comforting sound, that you feel as much as you hear it.
