  10. What beautiful flowers! Is the cow parsley Conium maculatum (and very poisonous)? I enjoyed yesterday's photos of you and Tigger; the shawl turned out very nicely.

      No, it is Anthriscus sylvestris, a true beauty of Britain's spring hedgerows, with a distinctive perfume; Conium - aka Hemlock - is a much larger plant and later flowering and definitely to be eradicated if found.Yxx

  14. You have done a better job of those flowers YAM-aunty than F would have achieved. The big trees around are our compensation for other drawbacks of the area. Are the elders flowering yet? The scent is magical. F
