ReplyDeleteHi Yam - wonderful selection ... such fun to see - cheers Hilary
ReplyDeleteSo pretty. Love the oak tree especially.
ReplyDeleteNothing is quite so grand as an imposing old oak tree. Nothing conveys that kind of permanence and strength.
ReplyDeleteThe flowers are just gorgeous and so is that tree! Beautiful shots!
ReplyDeleteit seems you were able to turn your Tigger Sitting Job into a photography getaway. the flowers are awesome photos and that tree is magical. i forgot to say yesterday so happy to hear the new van is ready for pickup.
ReplyDeleteTigger has a beautiful garden, I love all the blooms. Very pretty. Take care, enjoy your day!

What beautiful flowers! Is the cow parsley Conium maculatum (and very poisonous)? I enjoyed yesterday's photos of you and Tigger; the shawl turned out very nicely.

DeleteNo, it is Anthriscus sylvestris, a true beauty of Britain's spring hedgerows, with a distinctive perfume; Conium - aka Hemlock - is a much larger plant and later flowering and definitely to be eradicated if found.Yxx
Thank you; it's certainly smaller than the hemlock.
DeleteWhat a beautiful collection of flowers Tigger has in his garden!
ReplyDeleteSo many pretty blooms. We love the flowering pink shamrock!!!
ReplyDeleteSo much beauty to be found in Tigger's garden and nearby.
ReplyDeleteYou have done a better job of those flowers YAM-aunty than F would have achieved. The big trees around are our compensation for other drawbacks of the area. Are the elders flowering yet? The scent is magical. F
