Menonday Meandering

Hari Om, Failte, and G'day!

First day of another week.
First time that this is being composed on the Gopika pocket tablet.
First time I stopped to study The Shipbuilders...a new sculpture in Port Glasgow.

First ever park up in The Grey... At New Lanark Heritage Centre. Bargain at three quid for a night, and positively blissful. I'll be back there.

First time charging The Grey... very, very, very.......slow.... (22kw charger operating at about 10) that's okay. No hurry here 😃👍 However, it means another night at that park up. What a shame 🥰😍🤩

As you read this, I should be on the road again, heading towards Aitch's place. She joins me in the 64 club today. Give her a cheer ❣️ Staying there a few days so hope to get another video out. Keep watching!!!

  1. It will be both fun and a learning experience with The Grey. Hope you find lots of other low-priced places to stay.

  5. The mobile device is a great convenience to blog on the go. I did that when was visiting Australia and New Zealand.
    Good to see your post.
EV charging is an issue. Probably a small price to pay for the eco benefit that accrues.
Hope you have a great trip ahead.
    Hello to Aitch, as well.

  6. Hi Yam - have a happy few days with Aitch ... great to see you're out and about ... congratulations on succeeding with this first outing. That statue is impressive ... two swinging riveting hammers ... must be great to actually see it. So pleased for you ... cheers for now - Hilary

    1. Thank you Gail, and the 64 club seems ok so far. I had to go to the doctors this morning and the receptionist so most enthusiastic about wishing me a happy birthday and hoped I would have a good day. Just sitting watching the tennis and listening to the cricket waiting for Yamini and The Grey to arrive. So excited. Hilary
