What You See Is What You Get. This is a journal blog, an explore-blog, a bit of this and that blog. Sharing where the mood takes me. Perhaps it will take you too.
I like this pretty Noisy Pitta's call, it is a sweet sound. Thank you for linking up and sharing your post. Take care, have a happy weekend. PS, thank you for leaving me a comment.
I’m envious, YAM. Had COVID not interfered I would (with luck and diligence) have seen this species in 2020 when we had a three day excursion into Queensland planned, and this was one of our target birds. Your picture is probably as close as I’ll ever get to it now.
Something eerie about it.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful
ReplyDeleteA pretty bird. But his call sounds unnervingly like a 'wolf whistle'!
ReplyDeleteso pretty, a nice song. the frog in the rain barrel has been repeat the same squawk for hours now. I like the sound of the twitters in the background.
