Menoizikul; Midweek Musicalisms

Another foray into the classical era for hints at the forerunner to rock and heavy metal music. One of the interesting things that has developed with these genres is the use of the voice in different ways. In trash metal, the growling yawl is drawn as much from the throat-singing traditions of the East as from the classical bel canto style.  Singing to the point of bellowing is not new, though, neither is the sense of fire and fury that can be conveyed by the voice... here's one to sing along with!
