    I read the prayer out loud to myself several times, it helped a little. A little because I'm a realist and things do not look good, as far as I can tell, for the world right now. And I've also never been clear on how I feel about HOPE. Is it a good thing, is it not, do I need it or don't I?

      These are good questions to ask, and recognising our doubts is half the battle of overcoming them. I too am a realist and despair that society seems destined in every century to go through the same cycle of power unity then power disparity and conflict. Necessitating prayers such as this... Yxx
