Sometimes we are all swimming so hard in the pool of 'life' that we forget to live.
Oftentimes, it feels like we are drowning in the mundane, the tragic, the drudge.
It is important to stop - come up for air. Reassess.
Find still water. Breath deeply. Put all the issues into their respective bubbles and set them adrift in the current. Become an observer. Prioritise. Then swallow one bubble at a time. Regain control. Discover that the swimming IS living once you have mastered the flow!
