What You See Is What You Get. This is a journal blog, an explore-blog, a bit of this and that blog. Sharing where the mood takes me. Perhaps it will take you too.

Me-now-onboard

That's the foot ferry. The funny grey blur in front of it is a gull dive-bombing. The props from the boat can sometimes bring up some delectable foodables!  The cars have to go via a different boat to the North of the town.  This one is more like a water bus and is quite close to my place.  it takes me a little under 15 minutes to reach it from here and at the other end the train station is right beside the dock.

This post is a hint that the YAMster is off journeying again.  Only a brief sojourn, over to Edinburgh.  A very good family friend and neighbour celebrates her 80th birthday today.

Will stay with dad for a couple of days.  Plans are that Aitch and Lady Vicki will be coming up on Friday...but this may depend how dear old doggy is as she has not been too good since Easter. She would be due to reach her own age landmark on 2nd May...18 years old! A few prayers please that my little royal one can come visit.

Just to keep things even, here's the car ferry.
