WYSIWYG

What You See Is What You Get. This is a journal blog, an explore-blog, a bit of this and that blog. Sharing where the mood takes me. Perhaps it will take you too.

MenoSunday; Life Lived Easy

I may not have been a runner, tennis player, or any other such field sport.  I did enjoy cycling and hill/bush-walking in younger years.  Now though, when I want to get the body feeling alive again, I crank up the Bhangra. Never would I have the grace and form of these delightful young things, but the body certainly knows it has had a work out!!!

(Sorry about the ad-banners; you can of course cross them out...and I haven't left the mute on this time!)

  2. Beautiful, aye?? Loved the video. Crikey ..... I'd like to see you doin' that Aunty!! Even better .... I'd like to see you trying to get Mum to have a go. She's a real sporty type but has two left feet when it comes to dancing.

  3. Oh, my. My personal trainer would cheer out loud if I could balance on one foot like that. Nevermind the other body language. Young is so wonderful.

  4. That would be a type of dancing I wouldn't mind learning, although it does look a bit perspiration inducing!
