On the drive back from Aberdeen, I came through Dunblane (birthplace of Andy Murray. Many other folks as well, of course!) it was -5'C and the sun was blaring, albeit at a low angle. I arrived at exactly the hour the Cathedral was closed for lunch. Outside only then.
My word...talk about perfect timing. Those photos are gorgeous...love the tint of blue from the low angle of the sun on the snow
