Menorflexion; Alpha-Betting Resilience

Yesterday saw the letter "Y" in the Martha Simpson affirmation alphabet. (Please note that this series has been given its own label here, of 'ABReflctions'.)

Full circle, we come to the letter "Z"... how can we utilise this letter? Let Martha explain... Tomorrow here at Wild YAM, we return to regular service!

  1. Oh dear sweet Zebra, the age old question are you white with black stripes or black with white stripes..it appears you are white with black stripes. 2020 has continues to unravel the best of us.

  3. Mr T here - spend more time in contemplative repose, patting a cat. I'm sure that destresses and builds resilience. The cat likes it if nothing else. xxx Mr T.

  4. we love the zebra... it starts with a z and ends with an a , so there is the end and the beginning together... like the stripes in b&w

  6. About the zebra stressing out and losing his stripes! We have had two dogs that lost their fur from stress one with Cooper who was so stressed from being in the SPCA that his fur was falling out and when we brought him home within a month's time it was all growing back. All he needed was hugs and kisses and love and a home. Which means we all need to not sweat the little stuff and be happy with what we have
