the woman in this movie that always does stupid things, is creeping down the stairs slowly, as they wind deeper and deepter into the dark cave below. what waits below is in our minds and I sit on the sofa saying, why do the women in scary movies always do dumb things like going alone into a dark basement to see what the noise was.
Madsnapper's comment plus the observation they either don't bother to turn the lights on or don't take a torch. If its their own basement they know what the noise is (fox got in through the broken screen) and there's nothing scary down there at all. Would someone turn off that danged music accompaniment!
