Menoturals - a Nature Friday Post
A few of my photos from the Moffat trip that show the environment - or emulate it... (I tried multiple times yesterday to again get that video up - but have ended up trashing the whole project, I got so p'd off with it. But at least I did get Photos working again. And last night's test still showed positive...😕 Though the test line is at least a lot weaker. Maybe the weekend?)

What a beautiful selection of carvings...and the flower and cow are precious!
ReplyDeleteHopefully this weekend will find the test line gone!
Thanks for joining us for Nature Friday this week!
Wonderful art!
ReplyDeleteToo bad about the video but the photos are great. The one of the path along the Annan brings back memories of walks with Bertie when stopping off in Moffat on the way down to Nottingham.
ReplyDeleteCheers, Gail.
Great isn't it, how cattle can always be relied on to be curious? Lovely photos as always. Work on your immune system rather than your video system this week. Every recovery at our age seems to take longer.
ReplyDeleteOh! those carvings are indeed fabulous!
ReplyDeleteHi Yam - lovely photos - particularly the cow looking at you, looking at them ... great carvings. Feel easier soon - with thoughts - cheers Hilary
ReplyDeleteSkilful carvings.
ReplyDeleteCows are curious..but best the other side of a dyke!!
Looking at you looking at me...
Love the statue and all of the beautiful carvings! I would love to walk down that long shaded path.
ReplyDeleteI hope you have figured out how to ship those sculptures over to me. I will be waiting!
ReplyDeleteThe coo is my favorite because I LOVE COOS... the carvings are absolutely stunning and the fish looks like it could swim.. I don't put things on YouTube because YouTube makes me angry every time I use it..
ReplyDeleteDear Me YAM this covid bug needs to let go. I meant to ask if Aitch was striken with it too?
ReplyDeleteLoved all the photos but of course I'm partial the last one
Hugs Cecilia
Oh my!
ReplyDeleteFine pictures and I'm curious about the name of the pretty white flowers.
ReplyDeleteHari Om
DeleteThat's Garlic Mustard, a foraging plant. Yxx
Thank you! It has beautiful foliage.
DeleteYou captured some beautiful photos, love those carvings. And oh how pretty the green leaves with the little white flowers. It seems like they should have a prettier name than garlic mustard:)
ReplyDeleteWhat lovely sculptures and beautiful nature pictures. Our paws are crossed that the line doesn't appear the next time you test.
ReplyDeleteAmazing sculptures, Great clicks, Stay well.
ReplyDeleteThese are all stunning - wow! We hope you get a negative test soon and don't end up with long Covid. Lee and Phod
