What You See Is What You Get. This is a journal blog, an explore-blog, a bit of this and that blog. Sharing where the mood takes me. Perhaps it will take you too.

Yesterday saw the letter "L" in the Martha Simpson affirmation alphabet. (Please note that this series has been given its own label here, of 'ABReflctions'.)

"M" and yet again we are reminded that in this time in which we have all, in a way, been required to be static, movement is of prime importance.

  1. M...a great motivator
I have #1, I use a bed tray. I put my monitor and keyboard on the tray. Perfect height for standing too.
    Makes a big difference.
#2 we walk out of doors weather permitting and we have a recumbent bike we both use.
As for #8..I do that too when no one is looking. LOL

  11. My 84 year old sister had both knees and one hip replaced in a 14 month time frame. Within 6 months a mild heart attack required placement of a stint. She was left so tired with muscles needing a good revitalization. At the doctors recommendation she purchased a small stationary bike type device. She sits in a regular chair and pedals where way to health. I still aim for 1 to 2 miles of walking daily. namaste, janice xx
